Lessons, collects, epistles and gospels are provided for other occasional services: in all Prayer Books for the Ordering of Deacons and Priests, and the Consecration of Bishops; in the Canadian and American books, for the Induction of Ministers, Consecration of a Church and for communions at wedding and funerals.
The Canadian book provides lessons, collect, epistle and gospel for a Special Service for Missions; and the American book suggest lessons to be used before confirmations, ordinations and consecrations, at the institution of ministers, at church conventions, mission services, and gatherings of Christian education and social service.
